Are you looking to take your training to the next level? Do you want a more customized training program that you can access from the convenience of your smart phone? If so, my online training service is for you.

Why work with ATHLETE.X?

 As both a coach and an active athlete, I have the professional and personal experience to help you get closer to achieving your goals, whether that be to sprint faster, get stronger, or to be the fittest version of yourself.

I have played and coached athletes in multiple sports (football, volleyball, baseball, etc.), but I am most well-known for my work in sprinting and sprint coaching. With this background, I can help you improve your athleticism while staying healthy.

Whether you have access to a gym or not, we will work together to develop an optimized training program that gives you the tools to work efficiently toward your training goals.

What training packages are available?

This may change over time, but currently I offer two online training options.

  1. Online Training - For $100 per month, you will get weekly training programs that you can access from a mobile app on your phone. These workouts will include videos of the exercises and coaching cues when necessary. The app also includes a messaging function, so you can inform your coach of any issues such as lack of equipment, workloads that were too easy or too hard, and be able to upload videos of your lifts and share them to the team feed.
  2. Online Coaching - For $250 per month, you will get online training, a once monthly 30 minute phone call with your coach, and a once monthly technique analysis review where your coach will screen record a critique of your sprinting or jumping technique. This package includes additional program customization as needed, in accordance with what is discussed during the monthly phone call.

Does this include programming for competition?

If you are planning to compete, you can share your competition dates with your coach via the messaging function, and your program can be adjusted accordingly to fit your competition schedule.

What kinds of workouts will the online training include?

Your online training program will include sprinting workouts, strength and power training workouts, conditioning workouts, and some recovery or off days.

What if I just want to get in better shape and not compete as an athlete?

No competition, no problem! My goal is to help you achieve your goals, whether that be for competitive or personal reasons. Whether you want to get in better shape or become more athletic, our online training can help you regardless of your competitive status.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds are offered, but you can cancel your training service at any time. Due to the proprietary nature of our training programs, all payments are final. The only time refunds are offered are for double payment.

What if I want an even more personalized service?

If you feel that you need more frequent interaction with your coach over the phone, we can put together a specialized package for you. Note that the cost will go up significantly with increased contact, but this is required so that we can provide you and all of our athletes the highest quality of service.
