Why get personalized training & coaching?
Let's face it - finding the optimal approach to training can be a challenge. Athletes may often find themselves asking questions, such as:
- Am I doing enough or too much?
- When should I rest and when should I train?
- How can I improve my technique?
- Why do I perform well at practice but choke in competition?
- Why am I constantly injuring the same area?
Frankly, it is not the athlete's fault that they have these questions. Rather, these questions tend to arise when an athlete cares a lot about improving their performance, but they lack the experience needed in order to form a clear path toward success.
Fortunately, with proper guidance, you can start trusting in the training process. When you trust in the process, you can focus your attention, time, and energy on the things that will be most effective in achieving your goals.
Across the board, ATHLETE.X athletes have found that they not only improved physically with regards to their speed, power, and explosive athletic capabilities, but that they also made changes in their mindset and perspectives relative to training, success & failure, and confidence in themselves.
I cannot guarantee that I can turn you into an Olympian, get you an NFL contract, or set a record in your event. What I can guarantee is that by working together, we can improve upon your physical, mental, and emotional skills in a way that sets you up for better success in sports and in life.
Custom Training Programs vs. Remote Coaching
In general, custom programming is tailored toward independent & experience athletes who can make changes on the fly and manage their mental/emotional state successfully.
Remote coaching, on the other hand, is better for those athletes who want more frequent interaction, day to day training adjustments, assistance with improving their technique, and those athletes who feel they could improve their mental & emotional skills as they relate to sports performance.

How To Get Started
To get started with custom training programs or remote coaching, select your choice (programs vs coaching, weekly vs monthly billing) on this page, and proceed to making your first payment. Make sure to include all of your contact information.
From there, you will receive an email with some questions that help get your first programs written, and offer an opportunity to discuss things further before getting started. From there, your training programs will be sent out on a weekly basis. Also, a PayPal subscription link will be sent that signs up you for recurring payments that start after your first billing cycle has passed (the first cycle is paid for on this page).
For those who select custom training programs, weekly contact via email will allow for training adjustments to be made, questions to be answered, etc. If you decide you want more assistance, you can upgrade
For those who select remote coaching, options will be available for more frequent interaction, as well as the ability for the athlete to send videos from training for technical analysis and critique. Training adjustments will be made on an as-needed basis, and your coach will be available if any urgent situation or concern were to arise.
